The system does not allow retrospective booking and check in.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 Bookers can modify or cancel their bookings up to 4 hours before the start time. Bookers can cancel their bookings via LAF (apcf@ust.hk). Charging will still apply according to the original booking.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0 For safety and security reason, one booking is allowed for the anesthesia machine in the weekend or extended holiday.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0 The anesthesia machine must be booked together with the associated surgery room.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0 Early check-in (less than 30 minutes) or late check out is allowed if the room is available.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0 Any forgotten early check-ins or late check outs must be reported to LAF (apcf@ust.hk) as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charging:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.\u00a0 The room is charged 100 HKD for the first hour and 10 HKD for each subsequent hour within the same booking.*<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 The anesthesia machine is charged 60 HKD for the first hour and 40 HKD for each subsequent hour within the same booking.*<br \/>\n3.\u00a0 No fee is applied for the Biological Safety Cabinet (Level 2).<br \/>\n4.\u00a0 A booking immediately following another booking will be charged as a separate booking.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0 Charges will apply according to the subsequent hour rate (1 hour as the minimal unit for charging), when usage starts earlier or ends later than the booking period.<br \/>\n*UGC Funded Projects<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Booking: 1.\u00a0 Booking and check in must be done before room\/equipment usage.
